Caravans StandardDimensions:

3x3m, 3x6m, 3x9m, 3x12m. All sizes are available with various configurations according to any requirements.

Skeleton Structure

Are made from cold formed square sections with a thickness of 2.5 mm with dimensions (10 x 10 cm, 4 x 7 cm, 4 x 4 cm) and C-shaped sections of 5 x 10 x 5 cm with thickness of 2.5 mm according to our design, galvanized sheet angles of 2 mm thickness and U-section that made of aluminum. The metal frame is painted with one face primer and two lacquer faces with the required color.

External wall

Are made from sandwich panels (0.4 mm thickness sheet / sheet galvanized grade120) with polyurethane moisture-insulating material, thickness 40 mm, density 40 kg / m3, fixed with aluminum profiles section and combined with each other by the interlock system.

Internal wall

Are made from sandwich panels (0.4 mm thickness sheet / sheet galvanized grade120) insulated with polyurethane moisture-insulating material, thickness 40 mm, density 40 kg / m3, fixed with aluminum profiles section and combined with each other by the interlock system, with ability of covering with gypsum board or wood.

Ceiling

The external ceilings are made of galvanized corrugated sheet, thickness of 0.5 mm galvanized grade 120, or of sandwich panels, thickness of 5 cm as per customer request, with a suitable slope for easy drainage of rainwater.
The internal ceilings (false ceiling) are made of Armstrong tiles 60 x 60 cm (gypsum with vinyl) and a foil layer on the back fixed using accessories with thickness of 0.5 mm with shape L & T, in addition to installing a 0.7 mm thick colored sheet flash for the front and sides of the caravan. A layer of heat-insulating glass wool panels is installed between the corrugated sheet and the false ceiling.

Doors & windows

Are made from anodized aluminum profiles in silver color and clear glass thickness of 6 mm. The filling is white fiber or PVC according to the customer's request. The entrance door and the office door size is 90 x 210 cm of the hinged type and the bathroom door size is 70 x 210 cm of the hinged type. The installing window size is 60 x 60 cm for toilets. The installing sliding window (2 glass sliders) size is 100 x 100 cm for offices and halls.

Electrical work

All necessary electrical connections for lighting are made, including the installation of the required LED lights and the 3B globe for the unit entrance. Suitable plastic distribution panels from the brand Schneider or Marlin Gran breakers are installed outside the wall, and the cables used are provided by El Sewedy company, with sizes tailored according to the electrical loads.

Plumbing work

All internal connections necessary for feeding (cold / hot) are made using 0.5-inch polypropylene pipes, branded by Egypt therm, as well as the necessary connections to drain using plastic tubes of 2.5 inches and 4 inches. Sanitation parts are from Ideal Standards with the ability to install electric heaters and ventilating fan upon customer request.

Floors

For offices and halls, floors are made of wood (counter layers 18 mm thick) with a blindfold from the bottom, with steel sections, and covered with linoleum or MDF tiles. The bathrooms floors are made of checkered steel sheet, thickness of 3 mm, and covered with linoleum or from steel deck sheets covered with ceramic tiles upon customer request.
