AC Construction Materials contributed in constructing the greatest library of Alexandria by providing interlock and bricks

Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in Alexandria, Egypt, the Library of Alexandria is a significant cultural landmark.It honors the legacy of the ancient Library of Alexandria, once one of the world's largest libraries before it was lost in ancient times. The idea to rebuild this iconic library began in 1974 when a committee from Alexandria University chose a site for its reconstruction. Construction started in 1995 and, after an investment of about US$220 million, the complex was officially opened on 16 October 2002.
