El Alamein city interlock and curbstones supplied by AC Construction Materials
The North Coast is experiencing remarkable growth with the emergence of New El Alamein City, the latest among Egypt's 4th generation cities poised to become Africa's gateway.
Each tower comprises a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and 38 typical floors, with each floor covering around 1450 square meters. The towers are interconnected by a podium featuring five commercial floors. Surrounding the towers are three industrial lakes, feeding into the Mediterranean Sea via three outlets. Pedestrian bridges traverse the lakes, while separate bridges facilitate vehicular traffic, ensuring smooth movement along the tourist promenade that passes in front of the parking area.
